
1-1 Fitness Coaching is available for 2026! It is on a per month basis (not subscription-based) and includes:
-Check-ins through the week as needed including both video calls or messaging on the app
-Nutrition guidance
-Evaluation of current habits: schedule, sleep, nutrition, etc.
-Extra workout personalization based on your goals/individual needs including weight prescription, move type alternates, and anything else your trainer feels would make you most successful!
