Wife, mama, & CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
I’m a wife, mama x2, and former D1 soccer player. I’m also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Specialist, PRO-Natal Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist. I have a passion for showing women that they can get strong & fit at home, with minimal equipment, in just 30 minutes a day. I believe fitness can be a part of your life without taking over your life.
I know how much physical fitness can impact our mental and emotional health. Especially for busy women & mamas, it’s easy to put ourselves last. So I created a program that’s both effective AND efficient…so you’re able to get in, get out, and get on with the rest of your day feeling ENERGIZED and STRONG.

These are a few of my favorite things…
- I love taking long walks or hikes with my family! We enjoy being outside and I love the quality time we get together while we are moving our bodies.
- My favorite meal is probably a crisp glass of chardonnay + sushi OR pizza. Speaking of eating, I am an intuitive eater. I do not subscribe to the “having to count macros or calories to get fit” belief system, so you won’t find that here.
- If I’m doing cardio on the treadmill, you will probably catch me watching Real Housewives reruns…or some other Bravo show!
- I love helping women realize that fitness is not complicated, nor does it need to take over your life in order for you to actually get the fit, strong body & mind you want.
