
The Besst Weekly Workouts is the flagship program of the app and it’s the exact workouts I do every day! You can know your trainer is doing the very same workouts that you are. I love the idea of working out “together” in this way! There’s a community of hundreds of women also doing them alongside you.
Both monthly and annual memberships are available. Here’s what you’ll get with your membership:
•Access to 2 different programs, the Original Program and the Low Intensity Program. With the Original Program you will get 3 strength training workouts + 2 abdominals workouts + 3 cardio workouts per week. With the Low Intensity Program (good for beginners or people who want fewer workouts per week) you will get 2 strength training workouts (one upper body + one lower body) + 2 cardio workouts + 1 optional yoga workout per week. (*You can follow one program or mix & match if that works better for you! It’s flexible and the options are there for you.)
•Workouts will focus on both strength endurance as well as muscular development to improve cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle, & change overall body composition
•There are routine 4-week challenges with the Weekly Workouts membership where we emphasize Progressive Overload to gain strength and muscle and to break through plateaus
•All of the strength workouts are designed to be approximately 30 minutes long, giving you an efficient yet very effective workout
