Weekly Workouts

The Besst Weekly Workouts is the flagship program of the app and it’s the exact workouts I do every day! You can know your trainer is doing the very same workouts that you are. I love the idea of working out “together” in this way! There’s a community of hundreds of women also doing them alongside you.

Both monthly and annual memberships are available. Here’s what you’ll get with your membership:

•With the Weekly Workout subscription, you will get 3 strength training workouts + 2 abdominals workouts + 3 cardio workouts per week.

•You will also get access to additional plans: the Low Intensity Program (good for beginners or people who want fewer workouts per week) you will get 2 strength training workouts + 2 cardio workouts + 1 optional yoga workout per week for 14 weeks. Additionally you will get the 12-Week Muscular Growth Program and the 4-Week Foundational Program. These are all optional programs with additional workouts you can do.

•Workouts will focus on both strength endurance as well as muscular development to improve cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle, & change overall body composition

•There are routine 4-week challenges with the Weekly Workouts membership where we emphasize Progressive Overload to gain strength and muscle and to break through plateaus

•All of the strength workouts are designed to be approximately 30 minutes long, giving you an efficient yet very effective workout

The Besst Workouts App is a subscription app that will charge to your selected payment method, each billing cycle, on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.  If you choose to cancel, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle.  Access to the Besst Workouts App will be revoked once your subscription has expired.  By subscribing, you agree to subscription fees being billed automatically to the payment method provided by you, on the renewal date of your term.  Due to the digital nature of the product, there are no refunds.

I recently saw a trainer on IG talking about how her workouts take an hour (sometimes more) and that she cares enough about her health to put that time in.  She basically said shorter workouts won’t move the needle and that we are all busy, but if you care about your health you will find the time to do the hour-long workouts. She was “not okay with normalizing shorter workouts” bc that’s not the kind of trainer she is.

WHERE DO I BEGIN? Y’all this had me incensed…right up there with calorie burn being how you determine if you had a “good” workout or not🙄🙄🙄

First off, this kind of talk is extremely toxic and privileged. & the air of superiority; I just can’t.

1) We do not all have the same 24 hours in a day.  Some people have jobs that require long hours, some people have children (this person did not), and TBH some people would rather do a 30 minute workout and maybe have 30 minutes elsewhere in their day to do something else that’s important to them.  And there is nothing wrong with that nor is it going to damage your health or your results. To try to put down the effort that people put in to their 30 minute workouts by saying they won’t “move the needle” is just…ugh…it’s BS. 

2) Then people who hear her say this might start believing it and feeling like “well, if I can’t do an hour long workout then I might as well not even do anything” and it discourages people from doing what is, in actuality, plenty of time to get in an EFFECTIVE workout that absolutely CAN get you results and move the needle.  I can speak to this from experience.  I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life doing 30 minute workouts (for reference, I’m a former Division 1 soccer player) several times over, in fact, after having babies. Watch me do it again after this pregnancy if you don’t believe me😉
