The Besst Workouts 4-Week January Challenge starts 1/1! Here’s what you’ll get with the Challenge:
~4 strength & sculpting workouts per week that can be done from home with limited space, minimal equipment, and just 30 minutes a day
~3 cardio workouts per week
~6 progressive overload moves that you’ll work on every week, along with a progress chart to track your improvements!
